Returns
Return request must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
if it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
To be eligible for return
- item must be unworn with original tags and in the same condition you received it.
-It must be in the original packaging.
-Please provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt).
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@thelunavera.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item.
Refunds
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@thelunavera.com. We'll happily replace the item or issue a refund and cover any additional shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order separately.
